Employment Contract

SC PRIORITY LABOUR HIRE Pty Ltd

Welcome to SC PRIORITY LABOUR HIRE . We hope you enjoy your employment with us. The following will outline term and condition of your employment. It is designed to provide you with clarification.

1. Your Position is a Casual Employee. (Please refer to the definition of Casual Employee)
2. You will be reporting to Shahil Chandra in all operations Matters.
3. You will be paid $ ___ per hour (including Casual loading). As per law student are allowed to work only 20 hours per week
4. You are required to work ___ hours per week.
5. Your employment can be ended without any notice from either party.
6. Confidentiality - You shall not, except in the proper course of your duties during the continuance of your employment or after its termination, disclose to any other person, firm or company or make use of for your own benefit, any secret or confidential information relating to the Company or any associated company or any client or its business, finances, activities, processes.
7. Induction Form - This Statement provides a summary of the main terms and conditions of your employment with SC PRIORITY LABOUR HIRE. Your attention is also drawn to the Company Policies and Procedures manual which describe in more detail various other employment practices. Non-Smoking Work Environment, Use of Technology and Occupational Health and Safety, with which the Company expects employees to comply. A copy of the Policies and Procedures is available for your use from your manager. The policies and practices are reviewed from time to time and any revisions published as amendments.
8. Warning – If your performance is not satisfactory in the discretion of the Operations Manager, you will be issued a verbal warning and warning letter outlining the issues and discrepancies. The employment will automatically terminated after issuing three warning letters.
